NAME: Beyoncé Knowles
OCCUPATION: Film Actress, Singer
BIRTH DATE: September 4, 1981 (age 33)
EDUCATION:  St. Mary's Elementary School,Parker Elementary School, High School for the Performing and Visual Arts

Synopsis
Born on September 4, 1981, in Houston, Texas, Beyoncé Knowles first captured the public's eye as lead vocalist of the R&B group Destiny's Child. She later established a solo career with her debut album Dangerously In Love, becoming one of music's top-selling artists with sold-out tours and a slew of awards. Knowles has also starred in several films, including Dream Girls. She married hip-hop recording artist Jay-Z in 2008. In December 2013, she surprised audiences by releasing her fifth studio album, self-titled Beyoncé.

Awards and Accolades
At the 2010 Grammy Awards, Beyoncé walked away with six honors—the most wins in a single night by a female artist. Her record was matched two years later by pop/soul artist Adele. In 2010, she also tied the record for most No. 1 hits on Billboard’s Pop Songs chart, which is based on radio airplay. In 2011, she made the Forbes Top 10 list of entertainment's highest-earning women. By 2013, Beyoncé had won 16 Grammys.

Beyoncé broke records once again on December 13, 2013, with her fifth studio album, self-titled Beyoncé. The album surprised fans and critics alike, as no promotion for the album had been announced prior to its release. The record, which Beyoncé called a "visual album," was released exclusively on iTunes, with physical discs available for purchase after December 18. The record-breaking album sold more than 800,000 copies throughout the weekend it was released alone. The collection—which was the fastest-selling album ever distributed by iTunes—also marks Beyoncé's fifth studio album to debut at No. 1, making her the first woman to reach No. 1 on the Billboard 200 with her first five albums. She released a Platinum Edition of the album in 2014, and the following year won three additional Grammys, including a Best R&B Performance award for "Drunk in Love."

I truly admire Beyonce... a phenomenal Singer, Entertainer, Movie Star, a Mother, Wife and more.. a multifaceted Black Woman. She is a living Diva and true Fashionista.

The Importance Of A Sister

A sister is someone who loves you from the heart,
No matter how much you argue you cannot be drawn apart.
She is a joy that cannot be taken away,
Once she enters your life, she is there to stay.

A friend who helps you through difficult times,
Her comforting words are worth much more than dimes.
A partner who fills your life with laughs and smile,
These memories last for miles and miles.

When she is by your side, the world is filled with life,
When she is not around, your days are full of strife.
A sister is a blessing, who fills your heart with love,
She flies with you in life with the beauty of a dove.

A companion to whom you can express your feelings,
She doesn't let you get bored at family dealings.
Whether you are having your ups or downs,
She always helps you with a smile and never frowns.

With a sister you cannot have a grudge,
She is as sweet as chocolate and as smooth as fudge.
Having a sister is not just a trend,
It is knowing you can always turn to her, your best friend.

I thought this one defined us well

Big Sister Refined

Sisters

A sister is a best friend that you keep forever
She is your permanent shoulder to lean on
I would like to tell you now
My sister
How well you have filled the role
And how I hope and try my best to give you
The same unconditional love that you have given me
Throughout the years of our lives
I don't know what I would have done without
You
After all, every girl needs a best friend,
A confidant,
And someone that they can count on
No matter what.
Thank you for being that person.

Sister Poem: Appreciation

I Appreciate my Sisters
{a Poem Modified by me ~ Unknown Author}

I just want you to know...
that you mean the world to me (SL & RL).

Only a heart as dear as yours...
would give so unselfishly.

The many positive things you've done...
all that times that you were truly there;
helps me to know deep down inside,
how much you really care.

Even though I might not daily say it...
Sisters, I APPRECIATE all that you do.

Richly blessed is how I feel,
having Sisters like you is the real deal.

Sisters in the beginning, friends 'til the end

The keeper of my secrets, the sharer of my dreams, the one who's always on my side. With a sister, you can speak without words, cry without reason, and laugh like crazy until your stomach hurts. A sister undertands your moods when no one else does. She rejoices with you in the good times, and understands how your heart aches when life doesn't go your way. Sisters are for late night talks, pedicures & makeovers, and for loving you and your craziness. Whether near or far apart, sisters are always close in heart.

                    ღWhat is Sisterhoodღ

Sisterhood is not just the combination of Greek letters the beauty of crimson and cream
it's about friendship and trust sharing hopes and dreams
it doesn't lie in the depths of pledges, songs and played parts
it's what lies deep within the depths of our hearts
for each other growing together becoming strong, as one
helping each other, building each other to withstand and overcome
supporting your sister when she is in need
wiping her tears and easing her pain when she bleeds
being a shoulder to lean on in times of despair
letting her know that you'll always be there
sisterhood is not just strolls and dancing at parties the fun you have at step shows
it's the warmth and affection you have for each other and the relationships that grow
it's the tug at your heart when she's going through
it's you doing what you can do to help her pull through
sharing her burdens and easing the load she may bare
it's about being consistent and showing your care
